Classic Air Aviation is excited to be offering the Sport Pilot License starting in October. The Sport Pilot License allows a new pilot the opportunity to earn their license in as little as 20 hours utilizing a Light Sport Aircraft. This license utilizes your drivers license as proof that you meet the medical requirements rather than the FAA Medical examination required to become a private pilot. These allow potential pilots the opportunity to get themselves in the air at potentially half the cost of other licenses. This training may also be used for your Private Pilot License hours requirement, allowing you to work towards your Private Pilot License and be allowed to fly for fun when you want to within Sport Pilot Restrictions.
